DURATHERM® – KOMPAKT
The Duratherm® KOMPAKT is a water heater available in the capacities from 30 ltr under-sink up to 250ltr. The boiler features the strength and reliability of steel whilst offering the corrosion resistance of plastic.
As with all Duratherm® products, our boilers with PEX polymer (Cross-linked polyethylene) offering unsurpassed corrosion protection and also eliminating the need for costly sacrificial anode replacements. All fittings and electrics are standard thus simplifying any possible future repairs.
The unique PEX coating is suitable for all water types and will resist any type of build up of impurities found in water e.g. Lime build-up whilst offering extended service life

DURATHERM® – MAXIMAL
The Duratherm “MAXIMAL” offers ultra high pressure with the ease of installation for the professional contractor. This is an aesthetically pleasing unit with a capacity of 85ltr, guaranteed to provide more hot water than a 100ltr horizontal at a cost substantially less than that of a 100ltr unit.
The “MAXIMAL” boasts with what is probable the strongest boiler available whilst providing optimum thermal insulation. These units are available with a 1,5kW, or 2kW element, so you can select the required re-heat time and determine the power supply.
This design is unique in South Africa and optimizes cost efficiency on mass housing installations, bathroom and kitchen additions. These geysers have also provided to be highly cost effective in guest houses and game lodges, etc.
As with all Duratherm products, the boiler is coated and protected with PEX polymer, thus making these appliances, maintenance free whilst ensuring a longer life. All fittings are standard ½” copper to copper and electrics are conventional. The water h eater is supplied with a 600kPA safety valve, which fits directly on to the unit. All fittings are at the base of the unit, this simplifying connection and improving aesthetics.
